Natalie first moved to Santa Barbara in 2001 to attend college at UCSB. She has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology however, after remodeling a home in Ventura, found her passion to be in real estate, construction, and design. She acted as the draftsperson, contractor, and designer for the remodel, as well as the listing agent. After that first experience, Natalie dove into real estate and found fulfillment in helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. With her attention to detail and eagerness to exceed expectations, ​Natalie provides an unmatched level of service to her clients. Natalie has experience in listings ranging from a luxury estate in Montecito, to a multi-family residence in Paso Robles wine country. She also finds time for design projects, working alongside her dad, a contractor, building speculation homes in San Luis Obispo County. In her free time, you’ll likely find Natalie on a Pickleball court, teaching, or competing in tournaments. Natalie has two kids, Chase and Elle, and her husband, Ryan, works as a Pilot for Alaska Airlines.
